Star Position: Tenkan Star
Age: Approximately 32 years old
Birthday: Solar Year 444 (exact date is unknown)
Appearance: Short length brunette hair, semi-pale. Emerald green eyes. Normal build if not a bit scrawny for his age. Still looks like he's about 18 or so. Clothes are always clean and crisp in the combination of black, browns, and greens. Usually walks around with an indifferent look.
Personality: Arrogant, blunt, but not one for many words unless he needs to. Pointing out one's flaws when opportunity strikes is a habit he's had since childhood. Holds himself highly, and can be bland and a bit of a kill joy. He shows little interest in people. And due to his seemingly harsh and unapproachable nature, there are only a few people who can talk to him on equal grounds. His hatred for his twin brother is not an obsession, it's a way of life.
Weapons: Guardian's Eye
Skills/Special Abilities: Specializes in magic or rune use, summoning, teleportation, quite skilled in house hold chores - but that's expected when one is taking care of a blind woman and a small child.

History: An artificial human born with the use of a rune crystal, body parts, various other unknown substances, and a True rune. He was imprisoned for a few years as a child after he found out the truth of his birth. He later escapes Harmonia with the help of the Scarlet Moon Empire's Seer and becomes her apprentice, learning how to advance his natural abilities as a mage and how to hone his skills with the True Rune.

At the age of 11, Luc is ordered by Leknaat to participate with the Liberation Army, under the command of Tyr McDohl, against the Scarlet Moon Empire. And then at the age of 17, he assists Riou Genkaku and his army during the Dunan Unification War.

At the age of 32, he joins up with Albert Silverberg, Yuber, and Sarah(a child Luc had saved in the past who lived in similar living conditions in Harmonia as he did) to administer his plot to destroy the true runes - specifically his own - and harm the country responsible for his being as much as possible in the process. His campaign unfortunately fails and he was rumoured to have died in the crumbling ruins of Cyndar along with Sarah. Current events would teach others to double check if their enemies are really dead before moving on with their lives. Seriously.
